Wil’s older brother and the creator of the World of Siblings. His mission is to create a peaceful world with no adults so that all siblings can live in harmony together. He isn’t above going to drastic measures to ensure that this is the case, though.

Rimm is, by nature, a gentle person. He wants everyone around him to be able to live in peace, with nothing to worry about, and would sacrifice his own well-being for that to be the case. He grows deeply attached to those he goes through hard times with, and considers them his family.

After his experiences at the training facility, however, he gains a brutal side to him; if he wants to maintain the peace he strives for, he himself must become fearsome and harsh enough to protect it. While this scares the others living in the World of Siblings, he feels that it is necessary if he wants to be able to protect the world he tried so hard to achieve. He never snaps at anyone, trying to get them to see his logic peacefully, but he will eliminate anything that poses a threat to his world.

Rimm and Wil lived peacefully together in a house in the forest with their parents until they were kidnapped and brought to a facility designed to train child soldiers and create espers. They were called “dogs” and were forced to murder people when ordered to; if they refused, they would be killed. Rimm works hard to become a perfect soldier in their eyes so that they wouldn’t hurt Wil, and eventually ends up taking the other children in the facility under his wing as their unofficial older brother. However, the officials overhear him talking to Wil about a peaceful life together outside the facility and deem that he needs to be “disciplined.” He is drugged and tortured until he breaks, laughing, and awakens his ability, killing every adult in the facility. When he and the other children were taken in by the police, they are sent to Paradise for the potential danger they pose to civilians, and the World of Siblings becomes their home.

When Cai and the others head to the World of Siblings, Rimm is there to meet them and determine whether they are “adults” or “siblings”; whether they are a threat that should be neutralized, or if they can live in the World alongside the rest of them. He is confused that they had set off the barrier when they too were brothers, but welcomes them into the world. Split up from Wil by the barrier, Rimm travels with Cai through the forest until they reach the village.

Soon after arriving in the village, a child comes to Rimm’s room to report that Hy has gone off on his own into the forbidden cave to look for medicine for his older brother, Jeky.

During the night, as he has sent Cai and Bel off to stay at the inn in his world, one of the children approaches him to report that they had destroyed Mimimi’s world.

Cai Kaneiki

Rimm and Cai are slightly suspicious of each other from the beginning, though Rimm accepts Cai into the World of Siblings since he and Bel are brothers. While the gate at the front of the forest is supposed to open for siblings, it shuts for Cai and Bel, which confuses Rimm. Rimm hoped that since Cai is an older brother just like he is, he could understand his desire to protect the World of Siblings and would give himself up to become a "dog," but since he refused, they could not remain on peaceful footing with each other.

Wil

Rimm’s younger brother. Wil is everything to him, and it is for Wil’s sake that Rimm endured the training to become a murderer and perfect soldier for the group that kidnapped them.

His name is based off of the last name of the Brothers Grimm: グリム, gurimu.
His favorite things are living peacefully with other siblings, beautiful landscapes, and forests.
He hates things that could destroy the peace he lives in.
His favorite foods are salad, stew, and bread.
His least favorite food is mushrooms (he got food poisoning from them once).
